Founder & Coach

KYLE
LAULETTA

Kyle Lauletta is a former NFL quarterback and founder of QBHQ. A standout at the University of Richmond and 4th-round pick by the New York Giants, he spent four seasons learning from top NFL talent.

Now, he mentors young quarterbacks, helping them build confidence, leadership, and on-field skills.

Early Life &
Youth Football
Coach Lauletta grew up in Exton, PA, where he first played flag and pop warner football with the Marsh Creek Eagles. His experiences in youth football were not always positive, but they shaped his determination to succeed.

His older brother, who became the varsity quarterback as a sophomore, and his father, former QB at the Naval Academy, provided invaluable guidance and coaching during Kyle's formative years.
Downingtown East High School
Exton, PA
Committed to becoming a starting quarterback since 7th grade, Kyle achieved this goal in 9th grade on the Freshman team. He seized the starting position on Varsity as a junior, leading to two successful seasons, including an undefeated senior campaign.

Despite his 6'2" stature and impressive play, Kyle received only five scholarship offers, just one from an FBS team.

University of Richmond
Richmond, VA
Choosing the University of Richmond, Kyle was motivated to prove his doubters wrong. He won the starting position as a redshirt sophomore, starting 39 games in 3 years.

Despite tearing his ACL in the final regular season game of his redshirt junior year, Lauletta returned to have his best season as a senior.

He set school records with 10,465 passing yards and 85 total touchdowns. Graduating with a degree in Leadership Studies, Kyle applied those lessons as a two-year team captain, leading with courage and resilience.

Road to
the Pros
In preparation for the NFL, Kyle earned MVP honors at the Reese’s Senior Bowl, throwing for 198 yards and three touchdowns in the second half, outshining future stars like Josh Allen and Baker Mayfield.

MVP 🏆

His college resume, combined with his impressive performance at the Senior Bowl, NFL Combine and College Pro Day, led to his 4th round selection by the New York Giants (108th overall) in the 2018 NFL Draft, making him the highest-drafted quarterback in Richmond’s history.

NFL Career
Over four years, Kyle played for five different teams, primarily serving as a backup or third-string quarterback, learning from NFL legends.

His role involved providing scout team looks and helping to prepare the starting quarterback. Kyle played and led many preseason victories for the Giants and Browns.
